Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will assist to handle administrative tasks and ensure an efficient and organized work environment.

Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
•Organize and maintain office files and records (physical and digital)
•Handle phone calls, emails, and incoming correspondence
•Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
•Draft letters, memos, and simple reports
•Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking and petty cash management
•Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
•Assist with HR or administrative tasks as assigned
 
Qualification & Experience:
•Diploma, HND or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
•1–3 years’ experience in an office administrative role
•Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Highly organized and able to multitask
